Should I try an antidepressant or sleep aid?
I am usually a very happy/carefree person. Lately I've been feeling down and have been crying a lot and can't sleep. My husband just joined the army and he is away at basic training and we can't talk. I can't sleep without him, and when I finally get to sleep, I can't make myself get out of bed in the morning.
