Tylenol PM as a sleep aid?

I have a huge test tommorrow, and I need to get a good nights rest. The thing is, I can never sleep well the night before I have a test, because I get nervous. I was wondering if it would be okay to take tylenol pm to help me sleep? I've never used it as a sleep aid before, and I don't intend to do it very often. My friend told me I should take 3…is that okay? I'm 17, if that makes any difference.
